The schedule for this role is as follows:
Monday Monday-Friday 8am-4:
30pm.
This position serves as the company's first impression to all of our patients and visitors, we expect the person in this role to both dress and act professionally at all times.
Education/Experience High School Diploma/GED Excellent customer service skills Quick books POS experience a plus Excellent phone etiquette Detail oriented Ability to Multitask Team Player Integrative medicine experience a plus Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Comfortable with daily office and administrative duties Duties and responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Greet Patients Answer incoming calls, faxes and emails Taking detailed messages for the Medical staff Provide each patient with excellent , personalized service Scheduling appointments Invoicing and inventory control Accounts Receivable Order fulfillment and shipping Patient documentation Job Type:
