We have a newer, modern, clean facility.

You must enjoy working with the public, speaking with clients, able to answer telephones and work the computers.
This job is not just taking care of cute pets (although that is a huge part of the job! :
)) You also deal with their humans, and must be okay with communicating with them; and answering phones as well.
You must be physically able to lift 50lbs, stand for extended periods of time, and get down on the floor with the animals.
This is a fast paced industry and we are very busy.
We prefer someone who has some veterinary experience including but not limited to:
assisting the doctor in medical, surgical and dental procedures, prepare patients for surgery, monitor patients during surgery recovery, animal restraint, computer/technology skills as we operate on a cloud-based software and are a paper-lite clinic, ability to set up and perform certain lab tests, take X-rays, prepare estimates for procedures and discuss financial commitments with clients, maintain a clean environment, answer phones and help at the front desk when needed.
You must be a team player, have reliable transportation, and pay attention to details.
We are closed on weekends - most of our employees work 4 days per week.
We are closed for all major holidays.
Full-time employees receive holiday pay in addition to 40 hours paid vacation per year, after their 90-day introductory period.
