Match invoicesEnter AP invoices to be paidInvestigate and resolve problem invoicesAssist Payables manager with Month End dutiesScan and load all invoices into systemPerform other duties as requestedKnowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
High School diploma/GED or equivalentAt least 2 years of experience in an accounting positionMust be HIGHLY detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, etc.
Must display strong verbal and written communication skillsMust be a self-starter and be able to multi-task while remaining calm under pressureMust be a team playerTiming is everything.
