General duties include answering phone calls, making appointments, checking in and checking out patients, and inputting/updating medical records.
Qualified applicants must have excellent customer service skills, good computer skills, and previous experience as a receptionist.
There are lots of medical procedures to learn, so we need someone with self-motivation in this fast-paced environment.
It is the responsibility of the receptionist to be engaged in patient care, dedicated to the effective functioning of the medical facility, and adaptable to changes in the facility protocol or physician needs.
Qualifications High School graduate or better.
